The financial tele-counselling service focuses on empowering employees to effectively manage their personal finances through the provision of basic financial education on issues such as financial planning, budgeting, debt management, tax, interest and micro-loans. It also includes efficient budgeting consultation, telephonic debt-management (on issues such as debt consolidation, garnishee orders, insolvency, bankruptcy, etc.) and prudent financial planning guidance (on issues such as pre-retirement planning, educational funds, mortgages, etc.).
We also provide access and referral to further debt coaching and counselling.
