Critical Incidence and Trauma Debriefing (CID) is a service offered as part of the access onsite™ Employee Wellness Programme. The sessions are facilitated by a mental health professional. The specialised stress and trauma counsellors have been recruited based on their expertise in managing occupational trauma and have experience in group dynamics and a good working knowledge of stress response syndromes.
